Programmes with EQworks whether sourced or booked through this web-site or not
Commitment: Please note once confirmation of an event/programme of work has taken place via Purchase Order or email confirmation a contractual agreement has been entered into. If a Purchase Order is not available a client may be asked to fill in the 'PO-Agreement of works' document and sign as a budget authoriser to say they have the authority and the budget to initiate this work. This is important as it forms the basis for our working relationship and ensures it is fairly agreed and carried out. Invoice payment is necessary to confirm programme of work and dates agreed.
Cancellation period: If you, the client, wish to cancel any programme outside of 4 weeks’ notice, 90% of the agreed fee is refundable (10% administration fee is due). If a client cancels within 4 weeks, a 50% fee is payable except if cancelled within 14 days of event date, then 100% of fee is due. This is in-line with most training organisations and is an important safeguard for the reasonable running and going concern of our business. Any change to the programme or dates of any kind may be taken as cancellation based on our sole discretion. It we consent to last minute changes (within 4 weeks), it may then be permissible to change the structure of a programme or dates for a change fee.
Invoices are payable immediately from invoice date. There is a 3% interest per calendar month surcharge for late (maximum 30 days from invoice date) payment thereafter. For on-going or larger programmes we generally agree monthly retentions or advanced part payments on an on-going basis.
