Coaching and Facilitation
For the last 12 years McKenzie Cerri has specialised in supporting management, training, coaching, facilitation and workshop development, in both the private and third sector. Currently, she provides one to one coaching, facilitates ILM accredited workshops in mentoring, team building, entrepreneurship, plus workshops on self-image, confidence and related soft skills.
Mentoring & Career coaching
As a mentoring coach and co-leader of the MPower initiative, McKenzie trains mentors and provides mentoring consultancy services to increase efficacy of mentors and mentoring programmes. As a Career Coach, McKenzie helps her clients gain the clarity and momentum they desire to achieve their career ambitions.
Qualifications and Training
McKenzie Cerri is a Co-active coach, Mytho Self Associate Facilitator and both a Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner and Coach (NLP & NLPC). She holds an honours degree in Interpersonal and Organisational Communications from the University of California. Originally from the west coast of the United States, her business management experience and her personal experiences with wellbeing inform her coaching.
