The tests provided on site or on related sites, https://www.bewellworkwell.co.uk and https://www.artofempathy.co.uk  (The ART of Empathy test) store information held solely by EQworks. Information relating to the EQ-i 2.0® Emotional Intelligence tool is processed and held on secured, confidential systems owned and controlled by Multi Health Systems limited, who own this assessment tool. We are certified and licensed to use their products.

Our statistical analysis of data and use of MHS systems (based in Canada) means some data is held in other countries whose data protection laws may differ from the European Economic Area (EEA).  However, we have taken appropriate steps to ensure the same level of protection for the processing carried out in such countries as within the EEA.
