1. Client on-boarding
We’re committed to excellence. To kick-off your programme, you’ll experience our thorough due diligence, including a well-being assessment to identify key challenges and contexts in life and work. This:

2. EQ psychometric profiling
This is the magic ingredient. Our online assessments are second to none. We use the EQ-i 2.0 for overall EQ analysis and The A.R.T. social skills assessment for in-depth relationship understanding.
3. Expert EQ-Leadership Analysis
Our EQ expert analyses your levels of EQ and behavioural dynamics. The resulting comprehensive leadership profile and development plan can be profound. Tailored resources are forwarded to you in preparation for your first feedback session.
4. Initial feedback session & agreement of development plan
This 90-120-minute confidential coaching session is utterly absorbing. It enables the coach to share your results and their meaning, discuss key challenges, and make recommendations to help move you forward, rapidly.
5. Comprehensive follow-on coaching programme
The follow-on coaching is essential for both unpacking the many profound insights your analysis provide and to support your goal achivement. We focus on the life and work scenarios and goals of greatest importance to you.
There are two levels of leadership coaching;
- Intermediate programmes focus on developing awareness and making important changes. This usually requires around 5 follow-on sessions initially. (The number of sessions is not mandatory just recommended).
- Mastery programmes require around 12 sessions which allow for deeper shifts of awareness, trialing new behaviours and techniques to embed long-term change and achieve your goals.
Sessions vary in length from 90-120 minutes, usually occuring 2 – 4 weeks apart. Homework is key to ensuring great results.
